Nourishing body and soul
During your stay at Malcherhof Baden you will be pampered by our chefs. Meals are served in common dining room area.
Your diet will be discussed with your primary physician. The menu is dictated by and adapted to your health status and thereby supports the treatment.
The hospital kitchen prepares several different meal options each day. The recipes follow a healthy diet plan using more fiber , whole grains, vegetables and less animal protein.
Our daily menu consists of the following diets:
- Austrian cuisine
- Reduction diet, if weight loss is desired
- Reduced meat or vegetarian diet
- Menu specifically tailored to the needs of people with metabolic disorders (diabetes, lipid disorders, elevated uric acid)
- Gluten-, lactose-, or fructose-free meals
- Special diets after consultation with the in-house dietician
We regret that additional individual diets (e.g. kosher, macrobiotic, etc.) cannot be provided.
